Cash Bar

If you prefer a stress-free experience and would like us to provide everything including staff, drinks, ice , garnishes, disposable cups, straws, and of course the stunning Flying Horse mobile bar. For a flat fee and a deposit for agreed minimum bar spend. Your guests can pay for their own individual drinks by cash, card or contactless.
Glassware is available for an additional fee depending on number of guest's and if your venue permits.
Terms & Conditions
A minimum drinks spend will depend on guest numbers. As the client, you will pay this up front one week before the event and it will be refunded back , as long as the minimum spend is reached after the event..
Open Bar
£350
This is a favorite package for our clients . As the host you can treat your guests to an Open Bar, with a drink of your choice on arrival and drinks throughout the night with the amount you prepaid for the bar. Once your prepaid amount has been reached, you can either top up or we will then revert to a cash bar whereby your guests will pay for their own drinks.
Terms & Conditions
*A minimum £500.00 prepayment a week before the event is required. However, the amount will vary depending on the number of guests and the drinks chosen.
Dry Hire Bar
£600
This is perfect for when you want to host an event and supply your own drinks or would like to expand or complement an existing bar facilities at your venue. We will supply staff, disposable cups and ice along with the stunning Flying Horse
Terms & Conditions
*No minimum bar spend when booked as dry hire. Additional bar staff optional (fee payable). Hire glasses for your dry hire bar from us for just £1.50 per person attending your event.
Children's Party
£300
Specially for children's parties with smoothies, milkshakes, squash, soft drinks and if required, a cash bar with alcoholic beverages for your adult guests. Price shown is the minimum booking fee*.
Terms & Conditions
*All children's drinks included for up to 30 children. Additional children will be charged at £10 per head. If the cash bar is required, a temporary events notice (TEN) will be needed and we can talk to you about organising the appropriate license (4 weeks notice required).
